Cancellations by VR Cleaning Services: While we strive to provide timely and reliable services, there might be unforeseen circumstances that could lead to the cancellation of a scheduled service. In such cases, we will promptly inform you and make every effort to reschedule the service at a convenient time.

Refund Policy:

    1. Refunds for Cancelled Services: If a customer cancels a service and is eligible for a refund, the refund amount will be processed within 30 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
    2. Service Quality and Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will assess the situation and, if deemed necessary, arrange for a re-cleaning of the affected areas at no additional cost.
    3. No Show or Unavailability: If our cleaning team arrives at the scheduled service location and is unable to perform the service due to customer unavailability or any other reason, a cancellation fee may be applied.
